The River Recreation has resort-like amenities including:
- Community Pool & Children's Pool.
- 4 Tennis Courts, 2 Pickleball Courts, and one that is convertible.
- Basketball Court.
- Picnic Pavilion, available to reserve for special occasion gatherings.
- Tot Lot - Playground.
The pool area is accessible from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm during Standard Time, and 8:00 am to 10:00 pm during Daylight Savings.
The sport courts are accessible during the same hours and have lights on timers for night play.
The owner of the fee simple title of record of a single-family home in The River or a townhome unit in The River North shall be a mandatory member of the Association and entitled to one vote for each unit owned.
Each such single-family homeowner or townhome unit owner shall become a member of the Association upon acceptance of the warranty deed to the home.
Fees are paid to the Recreation Association by the The River HOA and The River North HOA through the quarterly dues collected from owners.
All members of the HOAs are also members of the Recreation Association.
The fees include the maintenance of common areas, which include the pools, tennis and pickleball courts, the basketball court, the pavilion, and the tot lot/playground, as well as landscape and irrigation maintenance and professional property management.
All pet owners are required to clean up after their pets and properly dispose of the waste.
Dogs must be under the restraint of a leash anytime within Common Area and pet owners must follow all Town of Jupiter and Palm Beach County Leash laws and ordinances.
